To add excitement, we go on trips in the city, to the beaches (off-season) and to the mountains. We also travel to neighboring cities to farbreng with the local shluchim, tour and have a great time.

Here is a sampling of our trips:

Linha Turismo: ride on a double-decker tour bus and get acquainted with Porto Alegre		Museu da PUC: it’s the biggest inter-active science museum in South America
Gramado & Canela Mountain Villages: spend a few weeks in the beautiful resort area known as the Brazilian Alps, learning, hiking, rafting and visits to glass-blowing factory, model “steam world” and great nature parks.		Foz de Iguacu: These waterfalls are shared by three countries, Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. There are actually 275 linked waterfalls spread out over 3 kilometers of cliffs 80 metres high. They are wider than Victoria Falls, higher than Niagara Falls, and more beautiful than either. Imagine the sound!
Capao da Canoa Beach: Shabbaton at a hotel where you can enjoy the brilliant colors of the famous sunrise and sunset.
